Miss Jamie started dancing at age 3. As a teenager, she was a member of the Winnipeg Contemporary Dancers Junior Professional Program. Following high School, Miss Jamie left Winnipeg to pursue her studies in Law and became a member of the Ottawa University Varsity Dance Team, while attending Law School.

Throughout her years of training, Jamie developed a flair for choreographing character pieces that fuse a variety of disciplines into one. Miss Jamie has choreographed many scholarship-winning, award-winning and gold medal winning routines in jazz, tap, musical theatre, and lyrical.

Miss Jamie continues to perform in live theatre, participating in productions produced jointly with the Manitoba Bar Association and Manitoba Theatre Centre. Such shows include The Producers, Cabaret, Little Shop of Horrors, Chicago, How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying, and Mama Mia.

Outside of dance, Miss Jamie is a Lawyer at Taylor McCaffrey LLP, where she practices Labour and Employment and Workplace Health and Safety Law.
